It's official. As of today, the acquisition has closed, all regulatory approvals are secured, and Prior Labs is now an independent lab inside SAP - brand, mission, team, offices, and research-led identity all carrying forward, backed by more than €1 billion.
This is the day it becomes real.

Independence, resources, and a path to real-world impact rarely come together - it's what a frontier lab gets to dream about, and as of today, it's where we stand.
